Gorontalo – Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Lanal) Gorontalo merayakan hari jadinya yang ke-18 pada Rabu (07/05/2025) dengan penuh semangat, kebersamaan, dan makna mendalam melalui berbagai kegiatan olahraga dan lomba antar satuan kerja. Seluruh rangkaian acara digelar di Markas Komando (Mako) Lanal Gorontalo, diikuti oleh keluarga besar Lanal dan jajaran Jalasenastri.

Kegiatan diawali dengan olahraga bersama dan jalan sehat sebagai upaya mempererat tali silaturahmi serta menumbuhkan semangat kekeluargaan di lingkungan Lanal.

Komandan Lanal Gorontalo, Letkol Laut (P) Martha Novalianto, menegaskan bahwa meski perayaan dilakukan secara sederhana, tidak mengurangi nilai dan makna dari peringatan ini.

“Perayaan tahun ini kita rayakan secara sederhana dengan harapan semoga Lanal Gorontalo ke depan semakin maju dan sukses,” ujar Letkol Martha.

Mengusung tema “Mengabdi untuk Laut, Berkarya untuk Bangsa”, peringatan ini menjadi momen refleksi dan penguatan komitmen terhadap tugas pokok TNI AL sebagai garda terdepan dalam menjaga pertahanan dan kedaulatan maritim Indonesia.

Dalam sambutannya, Letkol Martha juga memanjatkan doa untuk kekuatan dan keselamatan seluruh prajurit serta keluarga besar Lanal Gorontalo.

“Semoga kita semua senantiasa diberikan kesehatan dan mampu menjalankan tugas sebagai prajurit Jalasena dalam menjaga kedaulatan laut Nusantara, khususnya di wilayah Provinsi Gorontalo,” tuturnya penuh harap.

Semangat juang prajurit laut kembali digaungkan melalui semboyan legendaris “Jalesveva Jayamahe” yang berarti “Di Laut Kita Jaya”, mencerminkan tekad Lanal Gorontalo sebagai Benteng Nusantara Bahari yang terus berkontribusi menjaga wilayah perairan NKRI.

KABGOR – Angin puting beliung menerjang wilayah Pentadio Timur, Kabupaten Gorontalo pada Senin (05/04/2025) dini hari. Peristiwa ini terjadi sekitar pukul 13.30 hingga 14.08 WITA dan menyebabkan sejumlah rumah warga mengalami kerusakan.

Pantauan langsung tim Barakati.id di lokasi kejadian menunjukkan adanya kerusakan pada atap dan struktur rumah warga akibat terjangan angin kencang. Kondisi ini semakin memprihatinkan karena di lokasi yang sama tengah berlangsung kegiatan Perkemahan Pramuka Saka Widya Budaya Bakti tingkat Provinsi Gorontalo.

Menurut laporan Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG), berdasarkan analisis data citra radar cuaca, terdeteksi adanya sebaran awan konvektif signifikan yang bergerak dari arah barat (sekitar wilayah Limboto) menuju lokasi kejadian sebelum hujan lebat terjadi.

BMKG juga menjelaskan bahwa fenomena puting beliung dipicu oleh kondisi atmosfer yang sangat labil, melebihi ambang batas kestabilan udara. Ketidakstabilan ini dapat menimbulkan angin kencang yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba dalam waktu singkat, biasanya pada siang atau sore hari. Fenomena ini ditandai dengan terbentuknya awan Cumulonimbus (Cb) yang mengeluarkan pusaran angin menyerupai belalai di daratan, dengan kecepatan angin yang dapat mencapai lebih dari 50 km/jam.

Puting beliung umumnya terjadi menjelang hujan lebat, dan sering disertai dengan kilat atau petir.

Beruntung, tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa ini. Namun, sejumlah warga mengalami kerugian materiil akibat kerusakan rumah dan fasilitas yang diterjang angin puting beliung.

Pemerintah daerah diharapkan segera melakukan pendataan dan memberikan bantuan bagi warga terdampak, serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap potensi cuaca ekstrem di wilayah tersebut.
